Requirements:

  • We are looking for a talented and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Carsan Electric. The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of electricians and technicians.
  • Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical supervision or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and safety regulations.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in electrical work and safety are a plus.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to various job sites as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the project schedule tracking, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  • Coordinate the activities of the assigned work team as Foreman, Journeyman, and Apprentice to facilitate project progress.
  • Monitor project progress and provide periodic, real-time updates to the Electrical Project Manager highlighting any potential risks or deviations from the plan.
  • Perform quality controls to ensure that project deliverables meet specific standards and client requirements.
  • Monitor and control the compliance of the staff's work schedules.
  • Supervise the execution times and the quality of the work performed.
  • Deliver progress reports of the work.
  • Ensure the continuous use of personal protective equipment by your work team.
  • Authorize the entry and exit of materials to the site.
  • Ensure compliance with current regulations in the development of electrical, safety, and communications installations.
